Plant a Seed, Read at Your Library This Summer! A farm grows food that nourishes our bodies; a library grows ideas that nourish our minds!
Both food and stories connect us to our family, culture, economy, and ecology.
This summer, DoD MWR Libraries and other participating locations will explore culture, history, science, health, and human connection.
Bases worldwide will host programs centered around food, economics, gardening, and caring for your community.
All ages are encouraged to participate: Whether it's audiobooks, movie subtitles, emails, graphic novels--it all counts as reading!
